As a Google Cloud Premier Partner, the company will also be able to offer further training and development opportunities to both new hires and existing staff, including a Graduate Training programme, in addition to certifying even more staff.

Andrew continued, “One of the biggest challenges any company faces is attracting and retaining the best talent. This is a challenge that Endava has thus far been able to meet, even as we see ongoing skills shortages across the world. We are already known to be an attractive place to work and, as a Google Cloud Premier Partner, we will be able to further increase this reputation and continue to develop long-term relationships with our people, who are our most valuable asset. Being able to support them develop in their careers, and helping our people learn and take on new challenges, is central to our people-centred approach and this will also be key in continuing to grow our business.”
