LONDON, 12 January 2022: ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), the leading digital workflow company that makes work, work better for people, has been honoured with a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award, recognising the UK’s Best Places to Work in 2022. ServiceNow takes the top spot in the list, with an overall company rating of 4.6.
The Employees’ Choice Award, now in its 14th year, is based solely on the input of employees, who elect to provide anonymous feedback by completing a company review about their job, work environment and employer on Glassdoor, the worldwide leader on insights about jobs and companies.
“ServiceNow sees its people at the foundation of the company’s success and we bolster them at every step of the way,” commented Sally Sourbron, Global People Organisation, EMEA at ServiceNow. “The combination of our culture and strong company values drives a sense of belonging which helps us deliver amazing results. Our talent pool includes workers from across the world with a variety of work arrangements, and we are proud to support them all within our hybrid workforce. ServiceNow strives to be a vibrant and great place to work whilst supporting the growth and development of its people.”
“The world of work is rapidly evolving, fuelled by the pandemic and now millions of workers reevaluating their expectations from employers. This year’s Best Places to Work winners are leading the way by listening and responding to employee feedback and reimagining the employee experience to truly put their people first,” said Christian Sutherland-Wong, Glassdoor chief executive officer. “It’s inspiring to see these employers step up during the pandemic to expand and grow company cultures where employees feel supported and valued in and out of work. Congratulations to all of this year’s Employees’ Choice Award winners.”
On Glassdoor, current and former employees voluntarily and anonymously share insights and opinions about their work environments by sharing a company review, designed to capture a genuine and authentic inside look at what a specific job may be like at a particular company. When sharing a company review on Glassdoor, employees are asked to rate their satisfaction with the company overall, and key workplace factors like career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, senior management, diversity and inclusion, and work/life balance. In addition, employees are asked to describe the best reasons to work at their companies as well as any downsides.
“Our top ranking on Glassdoor is a ringing endorsement from the team on how we approach work,” commented Jordi Ferrer, Vice President and General Manager of UK & Ireland at ServiceNow. “All of us as employees are custodians of the culture at ServiceNow, and we encourage a positive workplace experience that supports everyone’s development.”
Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work were determined using company reviews shared by UK-based employees between 20 October 2020 and 18 October 2021. During the year-long eligibility period, employers considered for the list must have received at least 30 ratings for each of the nine workplace attributes (overall company rating, career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, diversity and inclusion, senior management, work-life balance, recommend to a friend and six-month business outlook) taken into account as part of the awards algorithm. The final list is compiled using Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm, led by its Economic Research Team, and takes into account quantity, quality and consistency of reviews.
